Kim Zitzner: Director, Catholic Campus Ministry @ UD
Kim Zitzner is a UD graduate and former student leader in campus ministry. She attended La Salle University for graduate studies in Theology & Ministry and received her graduate certificate in Spiritual Direction from Neumann University. Kim currently serves as the Catholic Campus Minister at the University of Delaware and Pastoral Associate for St. Thomas More Oratory. She is also the chair for the University Religious Leaders Organization, the Religious & Spiritual Life Caucus, and is the liaison to the University of Delaware for Religious Leaders. She has received
the Bishop Peter Rosazza Award (2003), the Alice Redding Outstanding Campus Minister Award (2004), the Diocesan Order of Merit Award (2005), and the City of Newark's Jefferson Award for Public Service (2012). She can often be found walking the neighbor’s foster dog on campus, eating in the Scrounge or working late nights in her office.

Fr. Michael Vannicola, OSFS: Pastor, St. Thomas More Oratory

Originally from Wilmington, Delaware, Father Michael Christopher Vannicola is a member of the Oblates of Saint Francis de Sales. Father Michael graduated from Holy Angels School in Newark in 1991 and Salesianum School in Wilmington in 1995. In 1999, he graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and was certified as a Secondary School teacher in Social Studies that same year. In 2006, Father Michael earned a Master of Divinity Degree from the Washington
Theological Union and was ordained a priest that same year. Father Michael has taught history, government and theology at Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School in Washington, DC and at Salesianum School in Wilmington, Delaware (his alma mater). He then served as Assistant Principal/Dean of Faculty and Director of Activities at Salesianum before arriving in Naples, Florida in 2009. In 2010, Father Michael was installed as Pastor of Saint Ann in Naples after serving a year and a half as the parish’s Administrator. Four years later, Father Michael was also appointed as a Chaplain of the Naples Police Department and is a Full Member of the International Conference of Police Chaplains. He also currently serves as a Provincial Councilor (a leadership position in the province of his religious community), as a member of the Presbyteral Council and the College of Consultors for the Diocese of Venice in Florida, is a Knight of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem and a Fourth Degree member in the Knights of Columbus. Father Michael has the best Mom in the world and is most proud to be the oldest of four brothers and uncle to two wonderful nephews.

Colleen Jordan: Buisness Manager,
St. Thomas More Oratory
Colleen was born in California but moved to Newark, DE at a young age. She attended the University of Delaware and is a graduate of Wilmington University. She was a member of St. Johns-Holy Angels Parish but has often attended mass with her family at St. Thomas More Oratory over the years. New to the staff as of September 2017, she is now the Finance Manager for the Oratory.
