Fr. Ed Ogden, OSFS: Pastor, St. Thomas More Oratory

Fr. Ed is a native from Philadelphia and the son of the late Elizabeth and Edward Ogden. He is a graduate of Northeast Catholic High School (June 1977). He entered the Oblates of St. Francis de Sales and professed his first vows on August 9, 1980. He is a graduate of DeSales University with a BA in Theology (1982), DeSales School of Theology with an MA in Theology (1990), and LaSalle University with an MA in Theological and Pastoral Studies (1993). He has taught Religion at various Oblate schools:
Northeast Catholic High School in Philadelphia, PA (1982-84), Bishop Ireton High School in Alexandria, VA (1986-88), Holy Name High School in Reading, PA (1989-92), Paul VI Catholic High School in Fairfax, VA (1992-95 and 98-2000). From 1995 through 98, he served as the Executive Director for the DeSales Spirituality center. He served as Assistant Principal/Director of Activities at Salesianum School in Wilmington, DE from 2000-2003 before becoming the first principal of Nativity Prep, a tuition free middle school for boys from low-income families in Wilmington from 2003-2008. For the past seven years he served as the Director of Formation and the Director of Campus Ministry at Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School.

Colleen Jordan: Finance Manager,
St. Thomas More Oratory
Colleen was born in California but moved to Newark, DE at a young age. She attended the University of Delaware and is a graduate of Wilmington University. She was a member of St. Johns-Holy Angels Parish but has often attended mass with her family at St. Thomas More Oratory over the years. New to the staff as of September 2017, she is now the Finance Manager for the Oratory.

Kim Zitzner: Director, Catholic Campus Ministry @ UD
Pastoral Associate, St. Thomas More Oratory
Kim Zitzner is a UD graduate and former student leader in campus ministry. She attended La Salle University for graduate studies in Theology & Ministry and received her graduate certificate in Spiritual Direction from Neumann University. Kim currently serves as the Catholic Campus Minister at the University of Delaware and Pastoral Associate for St. Thomas More Oratory. She is also the chair for the University Religious Leaders Organization, the Religious & Spiritual Life Caucus, and is the liaison to the University of Delaware for Religious Leaders. She has received
the Bishop Peter Rosazza Award (2003), the Alice Redding Outstanding Campus Minister Award (2004), the Diocesan Order of Merit Award (2005), and the City of Newark's Jefferson Award for Public Service (2012). She can often be found walking the neighbor’s foster dog on campus, eating in the Scrounge or working late nights in her office.

Mandy Manzella: Administrative Assistant,
St. Thomas More Oratory
Mandy grew up in New Castle, DE, and eventually made her way to the University of Delaware to study Early Childhood Education. While a student, she became involved at the Oratory both as a student leader and in music ministry. After teaching for a few years, she is now back at the Oratory helping in the parish office as our administrative assistant, occasionally with the help of her two small interns.
